Ingredients:
- Garlic and herbs flavored goat cheese
- Indian bread (roti/chapati) or thin pita bread
- Vegetables of your choice (in julienne cuts) : persian cucumbers, bell peppers, red tomatoes. Note that I am not giving the quantity of vegetables, you can choose the amount according to your preference!
Recipe:
- Cook/warm up the bread on a heated pan.
- Put the vegetables and goat cheese on the bread and roll it in the form of a wrap; you can also add salt and pepper as per your taste.
